Website (Quickest)
- Google 'ElementIT Geelong' or visit www.elementit.com.au
- Click ‘Support’ on the top right of the screen
- Click on ‘Create Support Ticket - New customers’ or ‘Create support ticket – Existing’
- Fill out the details click next
- On the next screen select the issue type, if unsure select Other
- Enter a brief subject and a detailed description, the more info here the more efficiently we can help
- Click 'Next' and we will be in contact soon.
Mobile App
- On your phone or table google 'ElementIT Geelong' or visit www.elementit.com.au
- Click ‘Support’ on the top right of the screen
- Click the App Store icon to download the app on your iPhone or iPad or click the Google Play icon to download to your android device
- Click on the orange and white ‘E’ icon on your phone/tablet
- Click ‘Create Support Ticket’
- Under 'Start a New Service Ticket' enter your details and click the green ‘Get Started Button'
- On the next screen select the issue type, if unsure select Other
- Enter a brief subject and a detailed description, the more info here the more efficiently we can help
- Click on the 'I’m not a robot' checkbox
- Click the green ‘Submit’ button we will be in contact soon
Icon on your Computer
- On the bottom right of your screen you should see a orange icon
- if you cannot see it click the little upwards arrow on left of the small icons. (If you don't have it or still have the BW icon email us at [email protected] and we can organise this for you)
- Click on this icon and click ‘Submit Ticket’
- Enter your details, subject and a detailed description
- You can also click ‘Include an image of my screen’, this will send us a screenshot of your screen which will help us diagnose the issue

Phone
- Call us on 03 5273 0230 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- This is the least favourable method as when you call we are mostly probably already serving another customer and won't be able to give you the attention you deserve. Creating a ticket using the methods above means when we call you, we will give you our full attention and we will have already been able to plan some strategies so we can fix your issue quickly, saving you money.
